Seems that I have become the official annual Easter bonnet maker as my Mum can no longer fill her obligations. So Saturday entailed a trip to my sisters house with a bag a goodies and two hats and this is Brooke in one of the finished results, hope Mum approves.
So to Mothers Day which I have been dreading as it was the first one where I have not had my Mum around. However I spent a wonderful afternoon with my daughter Beth, we walked Blue down by the river for an hour and then on our return she cooked me a lovely dinner.
After dinner I even made time to make a couple of cards, one for my god daughter Amy and one for a lovely lady called Chrissie who has given me a great deal of support over the last couple of years.
I used Molly Bloom stamps which were a free gift from Simply Cards and Papercraft magazine and papers from Daisy and Dandelion Picnic Patch paper collection.
Love and Miss You Mum x

The Easter Bonnet looks fantastic, sounds like you had a good day even though it must have been tough. I'm dreading Father's Day even though it's been over 3 years since I lost him. The cards are beautiful
Awwww! Such a cute Easter bonnet! :) I miss my Mam too! {{{hugs}}}
That is a cute Easter Bonnet!
That bonnet looks great.
Lovely hat and cards Sharon, Reading about your Mum brings a tear to my eye, but I'm sure she would love the fact you are keeping her Easter hat tradition going.
