This is my first attempt at a double layout and I am very pleased with the result.
The pages are a scrap lift from the January challenge at http://scrapology-adventuresinscrapbooking.blogspot.com
The papers I used were a collection paper pack from My Mind Eye I Believe, the pack contains nine sheets of double sided paper and a page of die cut card shapes. The flowers are cut from one of the sheets of paper and mounted on small foam pads, border punches were used and the title Christmas Joy is chipboard painted with a dabber.
The photographs are of my great nephew and niece Ethan and Brooke at my house on Christmas Day 2010 opening their presents. I particularly like the second photograph in from the left, if you look carefully it is like Brooke is saying "what's he got is it better than what I have".

For your first double, you did a fantastic job! It's balanced, the title looks great spanning both pages. And the photos are super cute too! :)

I love your painted chipboard title xx
Ooh, you got some lovely Christmas photos! The scrap pages are great - they really enhance your photos and make them into a story.
Thank you for visiting my blog - and for the comment. And congratulations on the New Arrival to your family! Babies are just so wonderful...
My favourite season and colours. Your LO really looks stunning and so are the kiddo's.

That's a really lovely double page spread. I especially like the snowflakes and the colors - I've a soft spot for all shades of red. I'm dropping in from Shimelle's class; and I'll be back.
